Critical Home Repair Volunteers
(Must have some construction skills to join the CHR Team)
Our CHR program helps local homeowners complete essential repairs that improve safety, accessibility, and overall living conditions—allowing them to remain in the homes and communities they love. From building ramps and repairing flooring to weatherization and other critical updates, skilled volunteers like you play a vital role in making this work possible.
To join our CHR team you will need to complete an online application that will help us learn more about your experience, skills, and availability so we can match you with projects where you can make the greatest impact. Because CHR projects often require hands-on construction knowledge, we ask that volunteers are 18 or older, have some level of construction or home repair experience, and are willing to complete a background check as part of the approval process.
Please Note: This type of volunteer program would be ongoing, as each project changes our CHR Manager would reach out to see if you are available for a specific project. Projects are all subject to change as each project is unique and locations would be within our Greater Nashua - Manchester service area. We are looking for volunteers who would like to commit to this team rather than one time only. This can be discussed once your application has been submitted and our CHR Manager reaches out to talk with you. We do appreciate and thank you for your consideration of this opportunity and Steve will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please complete the CHR Volunteer Application by clicking here
Once the application is completed and submitted our CHR Manager will reach out to discuss this opportunity with you as he can.
